Views from terraced garden and third floor across harbour to Ffestiniog Railway & mountains of Snowdonia.

Sandy coves 5 minutes walk away, also woodland & mountain walks nearby. 

Café & restaurant in the village.

Lots more eating places in nearby Porthmadog, plus shops, leisure centre, Ffestiniog & Welsh Highland railways.

The Italianate village of Portmeirion is only 15 minutes away.


Ground Floor

  • Dinning room,with multi-fuel burner

  • Kitchen, with gas cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer & microwave

  • Lounge, with colour TV with free to view satellite channels and DVD player

  • Lounge extension, with bed settee and small bathroom with W.C., hand basin & walk in shower. This room can be used for any person needing ground floor accommodation.


First Floor

  • Bedroom 1 – double bed

  • Bedroom 2 – double bed

  • Bedroom 3 – single (3ft) bed & door to south facing sun deck

  • Bathroom with W.C., hand basin & bath with shower


Second Floor

  • Bedroom 4/lounge with mountain & harbour views, including 2 x 3ft beds, seating and second colour TV

    Leading to:

  • Bedroom 5 with 3 single beds (1 x 3ft beds & 2 x 2ft 6 beds)

the second floor is ideal for older children & teenagers – low beam on staircase


This centrally heated property is available for letting all year including short breaks out of season. Lettings will normally be Sun to Sun but flexibility is available off peak. Linen is not provided. Linen hire now available on request (£6 per double & £4 per single)

*Gas & electricity will be charged extra at normal rates by meter reading. A deposit of £100 per week is required on booking, with balance payable 6 weeks before commencement of holiday.


Rates for up to 10 people + cot (excluding gas & electricity * see above) range from £280 to £800 per week. Please email or ring for details & availability.

If there are 5 or less for an off peak break (ie outside of school holidays) please ask about renting part of the house at a lower rate (from £200 to £415)
